Free live masterclass for school leaders

Lead AI in your school without having to become an AI expert

Most of your staff already use AI, but they are guessing what your school expects.

The four-step method from the bestselling Infinite Education, shaped by training 150,000+ educators in 30+ countries.

A free 40-minute live masterclass for school leaders in the UK and US, with Dan Fitzpatrick, on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 4pm UK time (12pm US Eastern).

Dan Fitzpatrick speaking on stage

In 40 minutes, you'll discover how to:

  1. Scope See where your school stands on AI, and where you're exposed, before your board, a parent or a regulator asks
  2. Shape Replace a policy nobody reads with a one-page plan your staff, board and parents understand
  3. Influence Bring your most sceptical staff with you, without mandating it from the top
  4. Align Make it stick across the school, so progress doesn't rest on two enthusiasts and one training day

Why this has moved from nice to know to need to know

  • Your staff aren't waiting for you. Four in five teachers now use AI in their work, and weekly use doubled in a year (Bett UK / YouGov, June 2026; NPR/Ipsos, May 2026, via K-12 Dive).
  • A policy alone isn't doing the job. Only 33% of educators say their school has a policy on staff AI use, and just 18% of those say they understand it well (Bett UK / YouGov). 82% of teachers have had no formal guidance on using AI in their work (Gallup/Walton, via Education Week), and only 23% say their school has a formal policy on teacher AI use (NPR/Ipsos, via K-12 Dive).
  • Your students are guessing too. Only 15% say their school has given them enough guidance on AI (Oxford University Press, June 2026). 86% of high schoolers used AI last school year (CDT, via NPR), and 57% of teachers say AI makes it harder to assess what students know (NPR/Ipsos, via K-12 Dive).
  • AI is now a safety issue. 15% of high schoolers knew of AI deepfake intimate images of someone at their school, and only 5% of teachers said their school helped victims get the images taken down (CDT, 2023-24 school year).
  • The time AI saves depends on having a plan. 51% of teachers say AI has lightened their workload, yet only 35% work fewer hours (Bett UK / YouGov). Weekly AI users save 5.9 hours a week, and schools with an AI policy see a 26% bigger time saving than schools without one (Gallup/Walton, June 2025).
