How Dan helps
Support that stays after the session ends.
Three ways to work with Dan, from ongoing strategic leadership to cohort learning and bespoke support.
Head of AI in Residence
- Who it is for
- Schools, trusts, districts and education systems that want experienced AI leadership without immediately recruiting a permanent, full-time internal AI lead.
- The problem
- AI decisions are arriving faster than anyone has time to own them, and one-off sessions do not build lasting direction.
- The outcome
- Substantial, ongoing strategic support: clear priorities, shared ownership and steady progress across the organisation.
AI Educator Labs
- Who it is for
- Educators and education leaders who want to grow alongside peers rather than alone.
- The problem
- Individual experimentation stalls without structure, feedback and people facing the same questions.
- The outcome
- A cohort-based development experience that turns curiosity into confident, purposeful practice.

Bespoke Training, Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
- Who it is for
- Staff teams that need training shaped around their context, and leaders who need a thinking partner.
- The problem
- Generic AI training rarely fits the realities of a specific school, and leaders are often left carrying hard decisions alone.
- The outcome
- Customised organisational training alongside direct coaching and mentoring for leaders.

Keynotes for business
AI is a leadership question before it is a technology one.
For leadership conferences, innovation days and company events: a clear, human view of what AI changes next, where the real opportunities sit, and what leaders need to decide before their people are left to work it out alone.
The hard part of AI at work is not the technology. It is helping people use it well, safely and every day. That is what an educator does.
