In brief: Dan Fitzpatrick, known as The AI Educator, is an AI in education keynote speaker, school AI strategy consultant and AI training provider based in the north of England. A former secondary teacher and assistant headteacher, he has trained more than 150,000 educators in over 30 countries and works with schools, trusts and districts across the UK, the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

He began as a secondary school teacher, became an assistant headteacher, and went on to lead digital strategy in further education. That is the experience he brings to the stage: he has sat where his audiences sit.
He holds an MA in Education from Durham University and a PGCE from the UCL Institute of Education, and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Design Thinking and Innovation with Emeritus, in collaboration with MIT.
Through The AI Educator he has trained more than 150,000 educators across 30+ countries, and advises schools, governments and organisations around the world, working with leaders across the United States, UK, Middle East and beyond.
He is the author of Infinite Education, co-author of The AI Classroom and editor of The Educators' AI Guide. He writes a regular column on AI in education for Forbes and hosts the AI For Educators Daily Podcast. His work has featured in Time, Forbes, Business Insider, CNN, Sky News and BBC News.
Dan is based in Cumbria, in the north of England, and speaks worldwide, in person and online.
