This notice explains how The AI Educator uses information submitted through this website.

Data collection

We collect the details you provide in enquiry and email signup forms so we can respond to you or send the content you requested. We collect assessment answers and context information to generate school or workplace AI readiness reports. When you provide contact details for a report, we use them to send it and, only when you agree, occasional insights from Dan Fitzpatrick.

Storage

Your submitted details and assessment answers are stored securely. Anonymous sessions are used to track progress through a readiness check before contact details are provided.

Cookies and local storage

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can switch analytics off at any time in Cookie settings. Google advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain off. Analytics storage is off by default in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Switzerland and the other regions listed in Google's consent settings, and on by default elsewhere unless you change it.

Embedded YouTube media stays off unless you allow it. Choosing to play a YouTube video also saves media permission so the video can load. Your analytics and embedded-media choices are stored in your browser for six months. The site also stores your education or business choice so relevant navigation and next steps can be shown; it never redirects you automatically.
